I‘m a rocket yoga teacher and a rocket yoga enthusiast. I’m so passionate about this practice I have been known to very regularly disappear from family life to get involved with my fellow rocket yoga community as it gives a superb yoga high.
In case you don’t know, Rocket is a style of yoga that was developed in San Francisco back in the 1980’s by the late Larry Schultz, who was a disciple of Sri Pattabi Jois, the founder of Ashtanga yoga.
Larry’s vision was to make Ashtanga yoga more accessible to the western practitioner.
Rocket builds strength and stamina through its series of postures. It incorporates advanced postures like arm balances, inversions & back bends into the sequence. Rocket offers a whole system of yoga routines that trains the whole body in a holistic and dynamic way. The sequence cultivates strength, flexibility, and focus, while maintaining the evenness of breath, making the practice a moving meditation.

I like to add plenty of transitions dependent upon my student’s capability and sense of adventure! I trained with David Kyle who is the highest trained student of Larry Schultz.
RocketBeats Yoga
I am one of the OGs trained in
Rocketbeats Yoga Baseline TT 2023 & Party Conference 2024.
I am the only teacher North of London who has fully trained with RB and is qualified to teach their practice as per the RB methodology.
This is a dynamic, challenging, and fun breath-based practice developed by Rocketbeats London. It has its roots in the original Rocket system as described above but is modified to include other styles of yoga and movement modalities.
Each class focuses on a different direction of travel: Up, Down, Forwards & Backwards, moving away from the rigid set sequences,
The practice will challenge you to move in various directions into a space that is bold, exciting, and different every time.
It is SO much fun!

When I first started going to Sarah's classes in August 2023, I was really struggling with my mental health. I was super anxious. Sarah welcomed me with open arms and I suddenly felt safe.
