Private 1:1’s
I work with clients who have a variety of reasons for partnering with me. Whether it’s to improve range of motion for a hobby like dancing or specific sport such as golf, to improve mobility in everyday life, to reduce stress and anxiety or to increase fitness, stability & flexibility I can design a bespoke program to help you achieve your goals.
I would recommend starting with a range of motion test which I can perform with you to get a baseline and understand where we can target to deliver the best results.
I can work with you in your own home, place of work or I also teach clients remotely via Zoom.
Booking & Cancellation Policy

Private / 1-1
If you want to cancel a private session for whatever reason please can you let me know up to 36 hours before the session is due to take place without charge.
Reiki
As a Level 1, Level 2 and Reiki Master I build the reiki principles into the relaxation & recovery tail section of a Nidra and/or Yin yoga session for small groups or private 1:1 clients. The Japanese Reiki method is brilliant for promoting relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety.
