Yoga in the Workplace
Professional environments have changed a huge amount courtesy of the Covid pandemic. Workplace wellbeing programs, awareness of stress and anxiety along with the shift to remote or hybrid working are all very much on the agenda. I have supported multiple organisations with in person and remote sessions and additionally recorded bespoke digital content that can be accessible for colleagues through a company intranet or digital learning management system. Examples of content that I have created include:
- Breathing exercises – using the breath to calm the mind and improve focus during moments of anxiety and stress. This aids effective communication, collaboration and decision making.
- Desk Yoga – creating routines to address the change in hybrid and remote working locations to ensure employees are safe, well and productive. This can support workplace health & safety requirements and form part of a package of interventions to remain compliant and legal.
- Vinyasa Flow classes online via zoom or in person
- 1:1 fit to lead sessions: Leadership can be high stress and high stakes and as such a leader’s ability to remain calm and objective when the need arises can make all the difference to colleagues and customers. I work with leaders to understand their stress points and build a bespoke program to equip them to maintain a healthy and productive perspective to their work.
- Range of motion testing - Supporting team members who may be experiencing physical issues in their work and designing practices for them to improve their functional movement and posture.

Please note sessions can be carried out within the workplace or remotely via Zoom.
Each video shows a short mobility sequence which can be done at your desk, or at home to address the change in hybrid and remote working locations. It has been created to help ensure you and/ or your employees are safe, mobile, feel less stressed and are productive.. These videos are suitable for All levels.
